The Southern Tier Indian Cultural Association (STICA) is a non-profit organization located in the Souther Tiers in upstate New York. STICA is a vehicle to bring communities together and bring continuous awareness of what we are and what our culture is from India. STICA is considered to build and develop the Indian heritage in our budding new generations here.
